Ndrè is an intimate and refined restaurant that blends Campanian culinary tradition with creative and international influences. Chef Andrea Napolitano, after gaining experience both in Italy and abroad, offers a cuisine that highlights high-quality local ingredients, enhanced with Eastern touches and modern techniques. Signature dishes include slow-cooked and grilled octopus salad, served with a homemade mayonnaise made from the octopus’ own cooking water, mixed greens, dried black olives, and yellow cherry tomatoes.
With only 20 seats, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, featuring thoughtfully curated decor and details inspired by local tradition. The dining room is managed with professionalism and passion by Andrea’s wife, Lucia, who welcomes guests with genuine warmth and care.
